E' possibile aprire di default una page (es. Ordini di produzione rilasciati) in modalità visualizzazione? e successivamente fare in modo che si possa modificare? Senza dover aggiungere action

Si può rinominare il file PDF generato da una stampa ADR (ad esempio un ordine di acquisto) in modo semplice, via codice ovviamente? A standard, infatti, esce un nome generico e non specifico come, invece, accade per la funzione "Salva".

Lo standard prevede solo un livello approvativo e non è possibile aggiungerne uno se non con una personalizzazione che intervenga, magari, in seguito all'approvazione del responsabile diretto prima della contabilizzazione delle ore.

I campi Text Code e Text comment servono per aggiungere commenti testuali ai campi obbligatori durante i cambi stato.

si possono aggiungere commenti diversi per campo obbligatorio in modo da dare info aggiuntive all'utente come spiegazioni sull'obbligatorietà del campo o sulla sua regola per procedere nel cambio stato EDS.

Sono stati implementati utilizzando la tabella "Standard Text" che tramite i suoi testi estesi si possono andare a personalizzare i commenti in base alla lingua del sistema e agli altri setup che prevedono i testi estesi standard: ad esempio impostando come un codice testo come di sotto come commento per un particolare campo obbligatorio avremo il seguente risultato come messaggio all'utente quando va a selezionare il campo obbligatorio stesso:

Ad ogni modo le funzionalità standard consentono di classificare i campi secondo i principi indicati dal GDPR (Personal data, GUID, System data).

E' un sistema piuttosto pesante e non conosco nessuno che lo utilizzi.

La nostra App come indicato sull'help consente di effettuare ricerche sull'intero DB e rispondere ad alcuni articoli previsti dalla normativa relativamente a fornitura delle informazioni e diritto all'oblio.

Sto provando anche io ed ottengo il medesimo risultato: nonostante la validazione dei campi, l'importazione da pacchetto non sembra far scattare i validate.

Riporto un aggiornamento in base alle informazioni che ho raccolto con un collega della BI che ha afrontato richieste similari.
Esistono alcune metodologie per replicare delle tabelle di BC su un DB, di seguito quelle proposte principalmente dalla BI EOS:
1° modalità: replica delle tabelle via API su SQL Azure - Azure Data Factory - (subscription mensile, in un caso di analisi medio si stimano circa 400€ mensili)
2a modalità: replica delle tabelle via API su SQL on-premise tramite SSIS - ( in un caso di analisi medio si stimano circa 1500€ all'anno).
Entrambe le modalità illustrate prevedono l'esposizione di tabelle di BC tramite API (via query o page).

Per aggiornare l'Esperienza utente da "Essential" a "Premium", negli ambienti con una licenza valida che ne prevede la possibilità, bisogna accedere all'ambiente con un utenza Premium, posizionarsi su "Informazioni società" -> Esperienza utente -> selezionare "Premium".

Gli utenti EOS sono utenti partner e pertanto non sono validi per effettuare questa modifica. È possibile accedere con l'utenza EOS Premium dedicata (se presente nel sistema, tipicamente viene creata per registrazioni App di Azure Active Directory e/o gestione code processi) oppure effettuare l'attività con un utente Premium del cliente.

Business Central stores all DateTime fields as UTC and in the UI layer, we convert these fields to the timezone, specified by the user on the User Settings page.
Two users might see a timestamp differently, but the point-in-time is the same.
The Time Zone field on the User Settings page is in the UI and as such is only known by the client. You can't set a time zone per user on the User Card page in Business Central.
Web Services connections are running using the UTC timezone and all DateTime types transferred in OData include a time zone as well.

Al pattern cartella, si aggiunge una sottocartella che viene pilotata da un Campo in tabella.

L'utente, valorizzando quel campo, indicherà così anche la sottocartella dove verrà caricato il file

Non mi risulta che il PQA sia implementato negli ordini di assemblaggio quindi bisogna intervenire estendendo la matrice di controllo e tutte le funzioni.

Soluzione 1

Su consiglio di @Lukas Pfeifhofer ho modificato i parametri inserendo 1G nel campo "Prossima esecuzione formula della data" così che il processo parta tutti i giorni all'ora indicata in "Ora inizio".

Vantaggio: il servizio parte tutti i giorni all'ora corretta!

Svantaggio: parte tutti i giorni, non è possibile schedularlo solo in determinati giorni.

Soluzione 2

@Andrea Di Ceglie mi ha consigliato di valorizzare l'ora fine con un minuto in più rispetto a quella di inizio.

Ho impostato il setup su di una coda ed effettivamente sembra funzionare ma nel caso in cui il servizio dovesse partire in ritardo di più di un minuto, ad esempio quando il processo precedente con la stessa categoria fosse andato lungo nei tempi, il processo non partirebbe prima del giorno successivo.

Ciao, gli attributi sono inseriti nella stessa tabella di quelli standard che hai già menzionato.

Le pagine che mostrano gli attributi, però, girano attorno alla tabella 7505 "Item Attribute Value Mapping"; nella chiave di questa tabella c'è il "Table ID", che nel caso di attributi assegnati all'articolo è la 27 "Item", per le categorie articolo è la 5722 "Item Category" e per le schede tecniche di prodotto è la 18126501 "EOS091 PTS Technical Specs".

Perciò, volendo, con una personalizzazione che interviene nel popolamento dei buffer di queste pagine, puoi filtrare gli attributi a tuo piacimento.

Aggiungo solo per amor di completezza per chi altro dovesse essere interessato a questa domanda, che il collegamento tra articoli e schede tecniche, per scelta di design, non è di 1 a 1, ma di n a m; pertanto anche questo aspetto andrà tenuto in considerazione durante lo sviluppo del custom.

Non è possibile, l'unica feature implementabile in questo caso potrebbe essere quella di avere la preview in Business Central usando la page già disponibile per l'invio email standard

un trucco che è quello di aggiungere una ulteriore JobQueue che riavvii periodicamente quelle in errore.

Il consiglio è quello di valorizzare il campo Category delle Jobqueue interessate per poterle filtrare e/o aumentare il grado di parallelismo.

Ciao, a standard non c'è un collegamento diretto tra la fattura e la commessa perché in una fattura di acquisto potresti avere più righe con più commesse.

L'unica è creare una pagina o un report che estragga, tramite una query o un calcolo, le informazioni di cui hai bisogno ma attenzione a quando ci sono più commesse nella stessa fattura perché avresti dati errati.

No, appsource installation is a service to service process managed by Microsoft and only let install app on a Saas environment.

To install on OnPrem Environment a ".app" file is needed and powershell "publish" and "install" cmdlet must be executed on server in elevated permission mode.

Remote installation can otherwise be done using Smeagle and NVT Remote

Creating a custom layout in Business Central. This can be made using standard Business Central Features with no need to create your own custom extension

Ye, it's possible through 2 ways:

- WITH CUSTOM EXTENSION

Follow the instructions

1) Add a record on table setup and complete the setup

2) Create and install a custom extension adding a page extension of the page you need to put DocSolution on

You can easily do this copying and modifyng this sample page

In other word, download the sample page, change the first line referring to Archive Quotes page
