All EOS apps on AppSource are available both onPrem and Saas.

Please note that On premise installation needs extra steps need to be completed for purchasing or reselling:

A reselling partner agreement is mandatory
Adding the partner as authorized resellers in Partner Source Business Central
Adding granules to partner and customer flf files is needed
Agree on the supported versions of BC from EOS, since the runtime package deployed has more limitation than Saas
The BC application server must access to EOS public endpoint in order to enable subscriptions
